I'd like to know if this area is generally considered safe. Is it safe to walk around here at night or after dark? Would one be able to go out for a jog at night without any problems or would that be best avoided?

Thanks in advance!

If you can properly secure your firearm while jogging, sure go for it. Otherwise, I wouldn't be going out for a midnight stroll.

Just out of curiosity, is there anything more you can tell me about this area? Sorry. I'm not familiar with this part of Phoenix.

It's very working class with some newer construction peppered in, not the ghetto but it gets bad South and Southeast of there pretty quickly. Train tracks/Grand Ave runs through it. Not too far from the Cardinals stadium and Glendale Community College. If it is between this and Maryvale, choose this. I'm not sure about the crime rate but you may want to look it up, I would gamble it's above average but not extreme.

Not the best, but certainly not the worst. Also, this area is actually in Peoria, not Glendale.

I wouldn't go that far. It's not exactly a great part of Peoria, but I'd agree with you more if we were talking about the southern half of Glendale, or just about anywhere in west Phoenix.

My mistake. Thanks for the correction.

You couldn’t pay me to live in that area.

But if you insist, I recommend being locked and loaded at all times, not just at night.

And it’s only gonna get worse as more and more people pour into Phoenix.
