Does anyone have an opinion or y information on either Lore South Mountain in Ahwatukee or San Marbeya in Tempe? I'm considering one of these developments. I know that San Marbeya is closer to ASU than Lore, but I have previously lived in a Mark Taylor property and loved the development. The grounds were also well maintained.

I'm not familiar with Ahwatukee, but recently visited AZ and drove around the area. I drove through Lore and like that area. Unfortunately I wasn't able to tour a unit (they were closed), but online research gives me the impression that I would like that place as well. The one con is they do not have insite storage, but San Marbeya does for an additional fee.

Any insights into these complexes would be appreciated. My husband and I are in our 40s and I will be working from home, so commute isn't a significant factor. We are looking to move in a few months (late Oct/early Nov).
