I've been in Gilbert for 3 years now at the intersection near Riggs and Val Vista. The cow odor prohibits us from using our yard at the very least once or twice a week. The frequency is inconsistent and I'm certain it involves but isn't limited to wind direction.

I am concerned that two other factors; concentration of livestock to land ratio at the Zinke Dairy at Val Vista and Chandler Heights, and their ability to remove manure on a timely basis. I'm not opposed to the existence of the dairy. I am opposed to the conditions that create the odor. Any suggestions on getting the dairy operators to be better neighbors... so to speak. I'm open to suggestions or information about any previous efforts to address the odor.
