Don't listen to that A2 guy, LOL! Here is some info. on Scottsdale, I'll post more for you later. This is a link from someone else, and I have the original NY Times article, I'll get that for you too.

According to fcorrales, research shows that use of the word "advise" as a noun is most common in New England, followed by the southeast. Southwest is actually the 5th likeliest region that you'll hear "advise" used as a noun. Keep this in mind when considering your destination.
