The edge of my roofline (the eaves/fascia boards) are rotting away. Grrr, damn house is only 13 years old and I see no problems with any of the neighbors roofs. Unfortunately, most of the damage is on the 2nd story which probably needs someone who can set up scaffolding.

Anyone else have a similar experience and can share stories and recommendations? Thanks.

We used Triple R Roofing for some work that needed to be done at the house we were selling and the one we bought. They repaired dry rot on a flat patio roof and also repaired a tile roof. They were the lowest bid but they did good work. The guy is a little rough around the edges but all I care about was whether the work was done correctly.

Unfortunately, no specific recommendations, other than to be sure to get a few estimates. The obvious thing would be to ask a half-dozen of your neighbors. I've used Star Roofing, and they've been great, but I don't know if they do your area, or your type of roof.
