Since we've apparently given these cameras the same authority to accuse as police officers, shouldn't this guy be charged with assaulting a police officer or attempted murder/actual murder of a law enforcement officer?

I'm glad he got busted now us taxpayers have to foot the bill for fixing it. They should force him to pay for the repair.
