I am totally serious. I have been here 7+ years and thought I could enjoy October, at least. This year is just bad bad bad. I know others are wishing for heat. I know how that feels, being from Chicago, but I am on a drug that causes hot flashes and I am wishing for the coolness to start.

It's Arizona. What did you expect? If you lived in Alaska, you'd be complaining it was too cold.

The weatherman said that our September's and October's are getting warmer--trend-wise.

I am loving our current weather. I am still defrosting from 40 years in Cleveland. This is absolutely gorgeous. It is warm but not hot, nights are cooling down. If I had my way, I'd leave it here until next summer. My opinion only. For now. I am in the camp that would rather be too warm than too cold.

Oh no, I will be you in 6 years...........still complaining about the heat!!
Actually, I'm doing okay now, but I think it is just the months and months of being hot that tend to wear on me!! I miss PA!

Ok this is going to come off wrong but I dont care. As an AZ native 34 years old. I'm sick and tired of these damn transplants bitching about the heat. This is a damn desert people its not a secret that it gets hot in the desert. If you don't like the extreme heat go back to Chicago or Boston or where ever you came from, and stop ruining this once great state. /rant

You know, its seems many times people go from one extreme to the other when they move. People up north want to get away from the cool climate, so where do they go?? They pick the hottest darn place in the entire country, AZ! Just watch the weather chanel. When the meteorologist flashes that big map of the USA showing the daily temps, where is the hottest point? Bingo! AZ....sometimes Las Vegas or Palm Springs is a close second, but rest assured, AZ will usually beat out all the others.
