Never heard of it, but we have a house this year and no ladder to even put lights up, so that might not be a bad thing to try.

Well I bought the kit- was 19.99- it comes with 11 foot pole and 50 clips- they have 2 different kits- one with gutter clips, the other with clips for eaves. I have seen the kit at Lowe's, Target and Home Depot. It took me 45 minutes to hang all of my outdoor lights- not too shabby. It was very easy to use. So far, my lights have been up all weekend- and none of the clips have fallen down.
