Hello, I need information concerning Johnson Utilities operating in the Queen Creek area off of Hunt Road. I need rates and any other information that you might want to offer. Thanks....

thanks gregandvicky....i was able to get through yesterday and got the details. they have a flat monthly fee of 69.84 but that doesn't include usage. usage is 2.25/1000 gallons up to 7000 gallons. which means if you use 7000 gallons it will cost you 15.75 plus your flat fee of 69.84. if you use more than 7000 it will cost you 2.50/1000 plus your flat fee.

i don't know why they have a flat fee and i don't know if everyone pays the same flat fee amount. i suspect its related to being a private utility company and its to pay for their investment.

the reason for posting this question was that i saw another post that implied it was 2.25 per gallon....not 2.25 for 1000 gallons. more can be learned at the johnson utilities website.

We have service by H2O and it's about 20-25 a month. Johnson is many times that. Everyone who is serviced by them that We know is not happy. It depends on location who Your serviced by. We are at Ironwood and Germann Rd.

yes i'm sure there are unhappy people but i must ask...do you have a monthly flat fee and what is your fee per 1000 gallons. thats the only fair way to compare.
