Three bedroom 2 full bath home - 1,500 sq. feet, one story. 2 dogs, biz office, part time secty and me. I'm home most of the time. Northeast Phx. APS is my service. $100-$200 depending on time of year. Keep AC at 75 in summer, Keep heat at 68 in winter. Efficiency water heater, low-energy halogen lightbulbs all through house. Water is around $48-60. I have a big back yard, but only 15'x40' is grass. 5 fruit trees on drip, sprinkler system, misting system around back patio. I also use a swamp cooler during the hottest days of the year. Portable. Got it at Home Depot
