Hi I'm Carla, I'm thinking about moving to Scottsdale and I'm wondering if it's windy there (other than monsoon season).

Yesterday was extremely windy. But it is not like other cities where everyday has extreme weather. It may be windy one day, but you wont feel a thing for the next 3 months.

It's not windy every day. I'd say 3 to 5 days a month this spring. It has been VERY windy on those days however. Be prepared to get sand in your eyes!

Its normallly NOT windy in Phoenix. Yes, there are days were it gets windy but its not the norm.

You should be more worried about the non stop heat in the summer.
