Can someone please tellme about Surprise and Buckeye. I'm looking at lower end homes in these areas. ($60,000+ range). Are there areas I should avoid? Have to watch out for areas with soil problems- homes shifting, etc. like in some areas in the country? Shopping nearby. Retired, so don't have to worry about schools or jobs. What are utility costs on a 1100-1200 sq. foot home. I remember when living (years ago) in Phoenix, that the water didn't taste that great. Same in Surprise or Buckeye? Decent health care, hospital nearby? Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks, serena
