I think October will be fine, depending on the time of day, and later in the month. Way less chance of a rain shower, too.

You can't have the reception there though

Ya know, its not quite as scenic as some of the places suggested already, but my brother got married down here at the Fransisco Grande Resort (Casa Grande) a couple years ago. It was REALLY convenient since the hotel/ballrooms/restaraunt/pool/golf course were all right there! Once we got there (I wasnt living here yet) noone had to drive anywhere at all for anything! Had the rehearsal dinner at the pool and the wedding was outside in a grove of trees.

Sort of basic outside setting, but with everything else right there it was great! And they have just annexed the resort into the City of CG and are building a MAJOR sports complex to go with it. Will have practice fields for the new UFL Football league and a "sports therapy" complex for athletes of all types to come from around the world for rehab. That is supposed to be well underway by fall.
