I'm looking for a new apartment near ASU, a light rail station, or an orbit stop. I'd prefer being able to walk/bike to campus or catch the light rail but I'm not too fond of the orbit bus because I don't find it to be very dependable, but wouldn't mind having to use it.

I'm looking for a one bedroom possibly two if the price is right around the $500-700 range. I want something I can feel safe in!! I would prefer it to have some type of security/ be in a nicer part of town/ at least look nice. I live in very old run-down apartments right off campus now and am looking to be someplace where there isn't always cops or homeless people sleeping right outside.

Any help or suggestions would be great thanks!!
