Hey, I just got into town, and I am on foot or a drifter. I lost my baggage with my personal belongings on a Greyhound trip out of Texas.

Now, I am without clothing, and I am needing help or tips on how to find a part time job here in Phoenix.

Thanks

Did you loose your luggage on the bus? If so, file a claim.

What does a claim do? If they can't find it, do they have to pay me back for my lost items?

Go to their website www.greyhound.com Click on tickets and travel info on top, then on Baggage info on the left. Follow links to filing a a claim for lost luggage. They are liable for up to 250.00, looks like.

Man, you came to the wrong town to lose your luggage and try to get a job! As big as this place is, jobs are extremely hard to find. Like the above poster said, maybe you can find a labor ready job.. possibly taking care of landscape or something like that. I have been trying to find a part time job for 2 months now.. no luck.

Jobs in Arizona are tough to find, Leonhardt. Probably not any tougher than most areas but tough nonetheless.

Mainly due to the weather, dress codes are much more relaxed than many areas so a quick supply of "emergency" clothing should not be a problem. Have you checked the Outlet Stores such as Ross or Marshalls plus possibly even Goodwill Stores for a quick fix until your luggage is found or your claim is paid?
