OK..so the past few days I have had mushrooms popping up all over my lawn..about 20 per day. I keep picking them out because I dont want my dogs to eat them. Is anyone else having the little fungi pop up in their lawn? Is this normal? How do I get rid of them?

Thanks!!

That's usually a sign of over-watering. It's cooler now and the days are shorter, so you should cut back on your irrigation now.

Overwatering.... and they are probably toadstools, not mushrooms, but the cause is the same.

Make sure your dogs do not get ahold of any, they can make them very sick.

And like observer53 said, they are probably toadstools, but either way cut back on the watering.
