Any of you Saints fan crawfish eaters? If so, check out Great Cajun Crawfish Boil for info on a crawfish boil coming to PHX.

They are like mini lobsters that can survive in freshwater. They call the crawdaddys and crayfish. They are pretty good when they are fried and cooked. I can't boil them and suck their heads out and eat them like Nawlins folk..I'm not a barbarian

Woo hoo, Who Dat! Who Dat won!

Oh yeah, doing the happy dance up here in ABQ! (I tried, but I couldn't find any Saints fans on my forum.)

As for crawfish, you should try them, ZonyPony. Head sucking is optional, but if the sausage they're serving is andouille....yum!

Congrats to the Saints. I think it's funny how the media already annointed the Colts the winners. They were asking Peyton Manning if he felt disappointed that the Colts didn't try to win their last 2 games to have an undefeated season and make history. They assumed the Colts were already going to win the Superbowl. I think it's awesome the Saints won

Who wants to bet tomorrow's sports headline will be something like, "Colts loose to NO with Interception"? Betcha the Saints STILL won't get any respect. That's ok. Rest us know better. I've been waiting a long time for tonight
