Just practicing, sorry. My offer on a house was accepted today, so that means that I get to complain about the drivers, heat, cold, wind, prices too high, prices too low, rain or lack of rain, speed cameras, traffic, old drivers, young drivers, too many people moving here, and so on. Sadly tho, I can't be very original, since I still haven't found anything particularly objectionable to complain about in the two months I have been in town so far this year. I guess I'll have to get back to you on that when I think of something........but remember, now I won't be a troll. I might even have to change my name since I will no longer live in WY.

Thanks for all the kind words, my wife and I are VERY excited about the move. We have researched living here as well as possible and love it Now if we can just stand the wait while escrow closes, we'll be ok. It is really hard to just set and wait when you want to get in your house and begin the work that is always there to be done, especially on a foreclosure, which is what we bought..

It is the snowbirds. The traffic has more then tripled in the Surprise area.

Did no one teach these old folks that the left lane on the Freeway is for the faster moving traffic?

Yep~ we snowbirds realise that the left lanes are for traffic going as fast as the law allows on the freeway~ so we will not be there unless we are going the speed limit!

Or are in the high occupancy lanes!
