I live right across a bridge from Wisconsin, and the difference between Duluth (Minnesota) and Superior (Wisconsin) is astonishing. Superior is such a gross town. A lot of the smaller Wisconsin towns (with the exception of a few) seem to be like that. The bar scene is king in Wisconsin, so it seems.

So right about the difference between Duluth and Superior
And hunting with headlights in WI is scary when I lived there...beat feet back to MN...

You need to calm down and stop the panic fits (capital letters included).Turn off your local news and turn on the national news. The whole country is in a recession and all of the states are cutting budgets and some are getting bailed out by the feds. Other states have closed their rest stops, as well as other services. This is not exclusive to AZ. State of chaos? You exaggerate much?

SOLD. The Prisons are going to be purchased by Prison Corp of America, who already has several correctional facilities in AZ - and the private company will have a contract with Arizona to house inmates.

It was me who edited it, not Southern Belle. Maybe I should have went to college. However, I do appreciate you pointing it out to me.
(I've been known to unintentionally mix the two up every once in a while. Like I said, very common! 
I live right across a bridge from Wisconsin, and the difference between Duluth (Minnesota) and Superior (Wisconsin) is astonishing. Superior is such a gross town. A lot of the smaller Wisconsin towns (with the exception of a few) seem to be like that. The bar scene is king in Wisconsin, so it seems.
Regardless, I am not making this up in any way. My friend has got his shifts changed, which has screwed him up since he has 4 kids, and a wife that works full time too. He also was getting tons of overtime regularly on which he depended on to pay his bills. His overtime has been completely eliminated. My buddy told me that 3 out of the 4 prisons run by the state are most likely going to be closed, unless something miraculous happens with the economy. Has anyone else heard anything about this?
