My point was that the anti-Sheriff Joe crowd talks frequently about getting rid of him, but who is to say that whoever replaces him will be any "better" (by the anti-Sheriff Joe crowds' standards)? Maybe the person will be "worse".
(BTW, it would not bother me one bit if Dick Cheney was the next Maricopa County Sheriff).
So because the next person might be worse, that should prevent us from seeking something better, and someone whose legal protocols aren't corrupt? LOL, no thanks, I think we should seek until what it sought is found.

The saying is: be careful what you wish for, because you just might get it.

If you want something "better" you have a chance every time Sheriff Joe is up for re-election. I guess most people don't agree on your definition of "better" because he keeps getting re-elected.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio is a despicable excuse for a human being and it is truly frightening that he has been elected so many times. It makes me embarrassed to live in such a place.

Take heart, his numbers have been dwindling at the polls the last two elections. He used to win by landslides and over 65% of the voting populous but recently barely scratched a 54% victory. If he isn't removed from office for legal reasons I feel his time in office by will of the voters is over; even if by a small margin.

More people are realizing what a complete power-hungry ogre he is.

And I come from a Republican background. More and more people are waking up. The only holdouts have their heads in the sand - covering their ears and eyes. They don't want to find out moron Joke is just as bad as the mirror image: Nancy Pelosi. Both are power hungry and violate the Constitution.

LOL, illegals can't vote; it was an awareness by the concerned citizenry and not illegals.
