Does anybody know if this builder has a good reputation? We're interested in a house of theirs in North Scottsdale.

The built some nice homes in our development and we only heard a few negatives. I think overall they have a decent reputation for taking care of disputes or construction issues and they will all have them.

They've been around since the early 90's. Always been solid as far as I've seen. I used to work in the new-home build industry and although didn't deal with T.W. directly, never heard negatives. Hope it works out. Regards

I used to own a TW home and was happy with it. They seem to generally have a good reputation.
