Since I will be moving there in July, I wanted to see if anyone knows of a catholic church they go to or offers religios ed classes for public school kids in the Peoria area.

I don't think so. People here aren't afraid to tell you what hasn't worked for them, as well as what has. I'm not from the area, so I can't give you recommendations on specific churches. I'd check out the ones that were mentioned, and see if they have what you are looking for. Perhaps the Diocese office could help you.
