Healthcare jobs are one of the few bright spots here in Phoenix. Start looking are some of the popular job boards, even temp agencies. Once you focus in on the availability of a job and location, pay, etc. Then you can focus of which area you want to live in.

Check the website for Maryvale Hospital and look at online employment postings. I'd recommend pulling up a list at hospitals in the area and checking all their websites. Maryvale Hospital would not be my first choice, especially for a registration rep type of position. I know their ER registrars sit behind bullet-proof glass, or so I've heard from Security personnel working there.

My best guess on salary would be a similar position in AZ would probably get you about $400 - $450 per week.

P.S. this type of position will more than likely also require you to be bilingual, English/Spanish.

I have a lot of hospital experience and definitely prefer the not-for-profit side of things. Maryvale Hospital is operated by Abrazo and they are for-profit. Just incase that makes a difference to you. They also operate several hospitals in the valley.

Good luck! There is definitely a lot of action in Maryvale.

Healthcare workers are in high demand.

I would imagine it would be pretty easy to get in at Maryvale hospital, or any other hospital with a little experience.
