I am new to Phoenix. so for a 300K house, how much property tax do I need to pay ? thanks

It is not possible to know this without knowing the neighborhood the property is located in. There are too many variables. Each home and community is subject to the taxing bodies that have levied taxes there. Some examples might be schools, fire districts, park districts, county, city, etc.

If the home is in Maricopa County, you can visit the Assessor website at: Maricopa County Assessor - Keith E. Russell, MAI - Homepage and use the advanced search to look up a property address. From there you can get the actual taxes.
