If they end up passing the medical marijuana law, I doubt we will see dispensaries pop up like in CA, but it would be nice! Last time I was in CA I went with a friend to a club, they had vaporizers and bud you could sit in smoke, just like a hookah lounge, it was insane. I doubt half the poeple in there had a serious medical condition, but at least they're not out on the streets selling it.

Hookah Lounges don't distribute Marijuana, it has nothing to do with the sort

It is based on the fact that open beverages and food can become contaminated by the smoke as well as other things, however you may sell snacks in bags and closed pops (cans, etc) at hookah lounges
