1 - The flash is too bright and has overwhelmed the texture of the statue (which is usually/often the most interesting part of statues), and also resulted in an over-dark water in the background. My eyes want to see the rest of the statue as well (seems too cut-off, almost like a photobomb).
2 - A tighter composition on just the cabin might work better. All the stuff around the cabin in the background and foreground don't do anything except distract (maybe in color there's a difference, but in sepia, there's not much distinction between the cabin and the trees/ground to make the cabin really stand out). Maybe compose to show only the bright exterior and the dark interior. Or get really close to the logs to show the texture.
5 - The bright red tree really stands out nicely. Maybe make that the focal point with a tighter composition, including the full length of the reflection as well. Or even tighter to show the color contrast of the bright red leaves against the bright green leaves just behind.
You definitely have some nice colors to play with.
toooo funny , marilyn and i were playing with the crops and had the same scene and changed white balance to shade...guess great minds think alike.
