I have lived among the Inupiaq Eskimos of the North Slope of Alaska for 30 years time, I have the greatest collection of thousands of color photographs of Eskimo's in their enviroment, Up close and personal in an intimate way never before seen !!

My images have been published in Alaska magazine 3 times (twice in 89 and once in 1990). A big white book - ALASKA'S ARCTIC my photographs begin on page 128.

Now you can copy this whole collection ! and find out what really goes on up here.

These are the most beautiful people I have ever met in my life, it is rare to get a glimpse into their lifestyle, not many people are accepted and trusted and given access to their most important event !! The Hunt for the mighty bowhead whale.

I looked through your "Story of Photography" (photos on your homepage) late last night. Stunning! You really do need to put this into a publishing format! Excellent photography.

Thank you Blonde, I don't want to sound narcsistic, but I have been hearing those same exact words for 30 years now.

I have tried, but there are just too many dishonest companies that I have had the displeasure to run into, in the past. So , I give it to the world for free. I do not need money. This is published on over 58 forums all over the internet, each one is different, hand typed, two chapters are copied and pasted and of course this new thread in Barrow has been added to about a dozen forums.

Some people complain, why are you on more than one forum? BEcause I want to get the word out as far and as wide as possible, There are too many groups, agencies that are hurting these people with new laws attempting to take their food away.

I show and document with photographs, what has to be done to obtain food, the incredible amount of back breaking work.. with no pay for one month.. .. just to get ready.. .. so we can eat !!!

The more people, that understand the Inupiaq way of life, and see with their own eyes.. then maybe things will begin to change !! Present day main street media, does more than report the news (that it selects - they make it up) !

The actual population of whales and polar bears is never told, they are in record numbers. tisk tisk.. we are led to believe, the opposite through propaganda in the media ..

Ya know how you stand up eggs in your fridge ?? Here are some seals, being stored just outside a house !!
