Fantastic pics, as usual. I can see why it's a favorite place to shoot for you and Marilyn! I would really love it myself.

I'm hoping to make a road trip from SC to the Chicago area in a few weeks. Last time I did that (3 yrs. ago now), I discovered but did not stop at the Museum of Appalachia. It looks to be a place like yours that I may be able to really get into shooting. It all depends on the weather in the mountains and my health at that time, but that's my goal -- either on the way up or on the way back.

i find these kinds of places lend themselves well to any kind of looks you want. most of the above were 7 shot hdr.
