All of your balloon photos are just awesome! I'm thinking maybe Skyliner might have something to add this from our local annual balloon festival in Simpsonville. What about it, Skyliner?
I gave my spouse a gift certificate for a hot-air balloon ride for his birthday a while back, and I got some photos from inside the bucket. Kinda cool.
Looking up at the flames - even though the burner is five or six feet above your head, the heat will scorch your scalp if you're not wearing a hat.

At one point as we were going over a newly plowed field, the pilot had allowed the craft to sink lower to the ground so we could see better. We spotted a critter running hellferleather across the field ahead of us, clearly in terror of the gigantic, colorful creature overhead, and just as the balloon got to about 20 feet off the ground, we all realized that the poor terrified thing was a skunk. The pilot poured on the gas to get the balloon aloft just as fast as he could, lest we all spend the next three days bathing in tomato juice!
