I couldnt decide which to put in the contest thread, but the train won out,so i wanted to still post this pretty snow picture. anyone else have some pretty snow scenes?http://home.centurytel.net/Dians/index.html/DSCF0005.JPG (broken link)
Granny, I live near a very large park and a creek devides it. It's one of the best places to take shots of every season. If there is a break in the snow today, I'll be able to take some great pictures down by the water.

Ill bet you get some great shots there. we have a really nice park in town that has ice skating on its frozen creek.i love to watch. i just havent got into town to get any pictures,my jeep is in the shop i hope everyone keeps adding to this thread ,winter can be so Beautifull.
I love looking at those photos of the snowy areas of the country. However I hate having to work in the snow or try to get around from place to place in the slippery cold wet snow. That why I sold the snow shovel and moved to the s/w.
All that being said,,, remember what we see this winter will be what we “drink” this summer, and we need the snow pack very much.
Nice snow shots everyone has.
I wish we had some snow here. I'm going to have to post a pic that was taken a few years ago.
Its about half way skiing back from my mailbox. My mailbox is one mile away.
I just love living out in the middle of nowhere
