Ok...I've walked around my house...is it inside the electric meter reader box? I don't know what it is called but I saw something similar in there that makes the wheel go around??!!
No to all and the only one vaguely close, and again I said vaguely, is the septic cover. This is a whole lot smaller and is made of ABS plastic. Go around the outside of your house again and think of up coming summer. Lets hope we do not have a drought
