tire mounting thing-a-ma-***? holds the tire while the tech separates the tire from the wheel... know what I mean? sure is the cleanest one I've ever seen - if that's what it is...

It could be a part of a car, but I wouldn't say it was. This might help you with the car and around the house or out and about.
