I have about 10-12 filled Kodak carousel slide trays. I'm trying to downsize all my stuff and am trying to come up with a more concise way of keeping the slides. (I don't want the trays any longer.)

I haven't looked at the slides in about 15 years and am really wondering what to do with them.

My trays are labeled and the slides are in order but I don't want to look at each slide.

I thought about taking the slides out, putting rubber bands around 50-60 of them at a time, and putting them in a box.

Any better ideas?

Thanks.

Buy a decent scanner or send them out to a service. Then throw them out.

I have a bunch of slides in boxes and just bought some carousels to view them. I found them at a thrift store.

If you paid more than 1 buck for those carousels, you overpaid!

I had to give my B & H cube projector away. My brother is still trying to sell his Kodak, at time of purchase was worth 400 bucks. I don't think anyone makes them anymore.

Slides look good on a TV screen or computer monitor, but I kinda miss the days of pulling out a screen or hanging up a bed sheet. Gotta find an app that has the "clicking" sound the projector made as well.
