I am so excited. I came across the early signs of Spring in my backyard this morning.

The lilacs (sp) are blooming and I can see the Plum Blossoms begging to sprout as well. Plum blossoms should be in full bloom by end of February.

Oh. Sorry. Its 82 degrees today, and we expect 79 on Saturday and 77 on Super Bowl Sunday.

Well, guess I'll head back out to take some pictures of all the honeybees on the flowers in the backyard.

Nice pics.

The glacier in my front lawn receded two inches this week.
It'll probably grow six inches next week.

It's lovely seeing these early signs of spring. Unfortunately we are still three plus feet under snow! I'm longing to see the daffodils, snow drops, tulips ... even the grass!

Almost 2 months after DaBeez's post the Lilacs aren't quite in bloom here in Upper Canada just yet!
Lilac seed pods...

The ice is starting to melt though!
