leave it to my wife and i to pick a spot for our retirement home on the top of a ski mountain 1500 ft up ha ha ha.. our development in the poconos has the TANGLWOOD SKI PARK as part of it .

55" of snow on average. i must have had 12" of partly cloudy plowed from our driveway. anyway its so beautiful even if it it is cold and snowy. from april to november there is no better place for us but once the winter comes

i think we will be getting the heck out of dodge for the winter and just rent somplace different in warmer areas every year,.

this is the pond near our house in the poconos. this pond provides water to the ski area near our house so the snow making equipment can crank out snow. there are pumps in those shacks

55" is all, and they have a ski area? Looks like a nice place though. It would be real tough (not) to have that nice pond behind the house, is it stocked with fish?
