The South Side will have a lot more people walking around it. But, the Strip's clubs can get hopping on the weekends. I personally think that the Strip has better clubs whereas the South Side has better bars, but that's just me.

For dancing? Well, Belvedere's in Lawrenceville has a good 80's night on Thursdays although it is a younger crowd and it slows down in the summer when the college students go home. Check out the City Paper for DJ's that are playing.

I dunno man...I don't dance so I can't help you out much more than that.

Most of all the dance clubs in the Strip are now closed. There are only a few that are still around (Heat, Firehouse, Altar)
