It's a very nice small town college setting. You have the ever popular outlet mall right off of I-79. Lots of good eateries and beautiful old neighborhoods. No idea about schools.

Tiny little town out in the middle of nowhere. Not much going on. Don't know about the schools.

Great area, went to college there. Despite the opening of the outlet mall, the downtown is still pretty vibrant. A lot of the storefronts have changed to insurance companies and offices. They still have a theater, something rare in small towns these days. GE has a plant there, which is a good employer along with other corporations.
