Hi,
I'm researching cities that were referenced in an Austin City Council motion as having "successful" rental registration programs. The most recent article I've found about the Pittsburgh program looked like it was not "succesful" but rather bogged down in a legal stalemate.
Landlords, city working out rental registration compromise
Has anything new happened, and is the new law in place? If so, is it working as intended and is it considered by most to be a success? Would like to hear from any landlords or property managers especially, your take on it.
