I haven't moved in yet so I'm not really sure about neighbor noise, but street noise was minimal. Those glass garage doors are pretty solid. I could hear noise outside in the hall from my unit though...I have worried about that aspect. We'll see.

I saw the rear of the building once, and noticed that the bathroom walls were entirely glass, floor to ceiling with no fogging. Was that a temporary thing, and there is fogging now...or is it trying to appeal to more avant garde buyers?

I have no ****ing clue what the architect was smoking when he designed that unit. I know exactly what you're talking about...ridiculous.

Haha - I actually really liked those small 2 story units in the back. The only things that bugged me were the price and voyeur bathroom.
