One has been used in three local child luring attempts:

Child luring attempt reported in Carnegie

This sick **** is going to eventually get (another?) child if he's not stopped soon. Please be on the lookout. Reports claim that the pedophile is an elderly, heavy-set white man. If you have any leads, the numbers of the associated police departments are at the bottom of the PG article -- but don't hesitate to call 911 if you have a strong lead.

I live in the Montour school district and the schools sent home alerts last week warning us to watch out for the van. Most of the parents haven't mentioned it and almost seem to be ignoring it. One mother invited us to go Trick or Treating with her kids but she wants to let them go on their own without parents watching. You can guess my response to that invite!

There are very few people that I would actually enjoy killing with my bare hands. This guy is one of those few.

This is starting to almost be a daily ritual in the Pittsburgh area. It is really strange they can't catch the dude after how many times he has been seen.

Seriously. My big fear is that the PDs aren't coordinating -- maybe some regional force needs to head the investigation.

It's also weird to me how little media attention it's getting. Granted, we don't sit down to watch the local news, but we do have it on in the background -- I haven't heard one story on this. Not claiming they haven't done any, but even half-listening I managed to notice dozens of segments on Stink Bug Watch 2010, and not a single one on the predator hunting children in our area.

That's pretty good attention to detail. The kid did good...

Really? It's been on every newscast I've seen. Lead story or close to it everytime there's been an incident.
