I was incredibly impressed with the quality of the workmanship of our Thermo-Twin windows. The installation crew that installed our windows were truly craftsman, and they took great pride in their work. When we had even the slightest of problems, the quality control people made things right with us. I would hope so.... our windows were custom-made and cost $15000. Believe it or not, that was a very reasonable price for 3 bays and the number installed. Everything is negotiable, and if you time things correctly, I am more than willing to bet that this company will better your most current price. Hope this helps....

I second coach, I had them install two windows last year. They are very efficient, thorough, and install a quality product. While they are not the cheapest in the industry, I believe they are a great value.

A small clip broke on one of my windows and they were there in 5 minutes to fix it and gave me a bunch of extras in case it happened again. I wish I would have bought all my windows from them.

We bought thermo twin windows 5 years ago for the entire house. I think they are great, no problems with them. The installers were excellant.
