Oh what a whirlwind few weeks we have had. From a huge idea of moving to France, then England and now as a result of something that was almost making us move out of the country, We are back to looking at Pittsburgh in a year.

We have to wait out Long Island another year, but then our bags are packed.

Looking forward to visiting in February ; its the only time until July we can take the time due to us all in school and working.

What is there to do in February ; we are not coming for the weather!!

Thanks
d

Gee, February is a pretty quiet month, with the holidays over and spring events yet to begin. We're usually drinking cocoa by the fire waiting for the thaw to come. But I'm sure there is plenty going on. Lots of theater, art, performances.

Hunkering down, praying for spring to start sometime in March instead of the end of April.

February is not the best month Pittsburgh has to offer. It's often the coldest and darkest part of the year and we get the most snow then too. Personally, I'm sick of snow come Jan. 2nd. Also, there's no more football in Feb. The best we got is hockey and Pitt basketball. Please visit and enjoy the 'burgh, but know that we are not at our sexiest come Feb. We're pretty boring then, actually.

That's the problem with being a big football town... Once the season ends, it creates a huge void in day-to-day conversation which, naturally, gets filled by the weather.

I think everyone in west PA is suffering a little cabin fever that time of year.

Wow. If you're honestly that obsessed with the Steelers that once their season ends you go into withdrawal then I feel sorry for you. Western Pennsylvania offers so much more than watching sweaty obese men pile atop one another.
