Winter really came in like a lion this year! The air really has a bite to it with that howling wind. So much for my energy bills!

I moved up here from FL in 2006, and this has definitely been the coldest December since I've been here. Usually these are more Jan-Feb temps.

I hope this sticks around through Christmas though! I'd hate to have a whole Dec like this only for it to be 45 and raining on Christmas morning. The pattern will be changing eventually and we'll get a warm up, but it might hold off until the new year.

I'm sitting here with a space heater since my furnace broke down this AM. The 3rd time this month, glad I have a warranty, but waking up to a 45 degree house is getting old.

BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR is right! We had a high of 70 yesterday in Denver. Supposed to snow tonight, though.
