I am strictly going to look for apartments in the eastern part of Pittsburgh. I am looking to live there as I am going to be studying the UPitt. I will be looking at Friendship, Squirrell, Shady, Bloomfield, Lawrenceville and Morning Side. Hence I need a place to stay, a hotel, a motel, hostel that will allow me to visit these via foot as I will not have a car. Any suggestions at this point would be most welcomed. Thanks. Oh, yes. I am on a budget.

If your hoofing it then this is the best place for a short stay in the area you want to be in.
