LMAO! I can top that!
I received a bill with a credit for the balance and a shut off notice at the same time!
Since my bill had been overpaid, I didn't need to make any payments for a few months.
When their system showed that no payments had been received from me (even though none were due), it spit out a shut off notice!
Equitable is the absolute worst one to deal with for sure!
