I just had to start this thread! LOL
Someone said awhile back if they win, all will be great, but if they lose, everyone will complain.
So what changes are needed, who goes, etc?

Was there a "Plan B" for Ben Roethlisberger, given his injury? He threw TWO interceptions, and in the one play his knee buckled and he really blew it. Everyone pounds their chests over "Big Ben", but every man his his limit. He looked like he was limping during several plays. If you're playing in pain, then you're probably not able to give it your all.

Don't throw picks. 'Nuff said.

Seriously, the reality is it was a pretty even matchup and Green Bay came out on top. What needs to be done is get right back to it next year.

Or if you really want to know what needs to be done, it's the CBA. Get the freakin labor thing done, before you wreck the golden NFL goose. Of course this isn't really the Steelers' issue directly but it's gonna be everyone's issue if they don't get it done.

This is the PERFECT OPPORTUNITY to FINALLY give Rapelisberger what he deserved a long time ago!

String him up in Market Square by his short hairs! Tar and feathers!

Ben was ok... But Troy was dead!!! We need an 0ffensive Guard, preferably a rookie like another Poncey type O lineman. We need at least one free agent corner back like a Champ Bailey or some old reliable... Also, Casey Hamton, Da Bigg Snack isn't shuckin and bulldozing block let's any more so we need a new Nose Tackle... It won't hurt to get some young bloods to replace old heads/mistake trades: Big Juicey aka Flozel Adams, Byron Lewtwich, B-Mack Bryant McFadden(member of my church before he went to Arazonia), Cris Hoke, and just switch it up...
Also, the secondary SUCXZ AZZ!!! William Gay is horrible in Ono on one coverage in the slot formation. B-Mack can sure as hell tackle but is terrible at covering in any & every situation. While all corners are excellent tacklers only one knows how to cover, that's Ike Taylor. Ike would be third string any where else though. Are two Safteys are as better than anyone else's. Though it seems that Ryan Clark needs to grow 5-8 inches to be average height!!! Troy was hurt tonight... But when he is 90-100% he is the best player on the field and in the league.

Are you guys kidding me? I am a Jets fan, who you guys beat 2 weeks ago for the championship. The Steelers are a heck of a team. Trust me, I'm an outsider- your team is awesome.

you've got a great, classy coach and a great QB. I hope Sanchez is as good as Big Ben one day.

Tonight, you guy were one catch away from a win. Be plenty proud of the Steelers.

Don't know about anyone else, but I was being sarcastic...kinda...sorta.

I hated Ben, the person, long before this game. That doesn't mean the Steelers aren't awesome.

I really don't have an opinion about the team because I don't like football, but I do hate Ben, the person.

I posted my thoughts on another message board...

Positions to address this off-season

1. CB. Ike Taylor is fine, but we need good cover CB opposite him, and a reliable nickel back as well. These are essential to have in a pass-happy league.

2. G. Both G positions need to be addressed. Chris Kemoeatu has to be the stupidest player on the offensive line, if not the entire team, and nobody seems to want the job at RG.

3. PK. Jeff Reed needed to go, but Apparently Shaun Suisham isn't the answer either. He started off well, but fell off dramatically in the playoffs, converting only five of nine FG attempts.

Aspects to address this off-season

1. Defensive scheme. Dick LeBeau needs to make his defense less reliant upon Troy Polamalu.

2. Offensive play-calling. Let the rest of the NFL howl with laughter when I say that Ben Roethlisberger should be given more freedom to call the plays.

3. Discipline. This is particularly a problem on offense. Hit the offense with monetary penalties for every penalty they commit on the field, and hit the entire team with monetary penalties for every 15-yarder.
