Is there an area you are going to be working? Why are you coming to Pittsburgh from England? Your English seems a bit... well, I don't want to say broken, but not what I am used to reading from someone across the pond. Are you originally from the US and now coming from England. This would help determining a place that may be suitable.

English is not my first language, as you can tell. My husband got a opportunity to be based there... I am trying to find out about the place. I've never been to USA , so have no idea how things works there.

I said in the Neighborhood thread that we would like to live in a quiet, safe , green area - near to a good elementary schools, possible high schools to. I got a lot of good ideas , but then I got a suggestion today about living in the suburbs, which means , posting here again asking for advice...

if you have any , it would be great.

Here is some information on school districts. Sorry about asking about your English. I just asked to get a better understanding of who I was typing to. The schools listed on the front page are interchangeable. One school could rank higher than the next on any given year. They are good schools.
