Obviously they didn't rank the cities based on snow plowing abilities or we would have been somewhere between Ho chi mihn city and pyongyang.

Ho Chi Minh City does a perfect job of it. I've been there before, so I've seen how well they do it.

The Economist forgot to mention that this is a posthumous recognition awarded to Pittsburgh as being most livable.

Interestingly, what led Newsweek to call Pittsburgh dying is a significant part of why The Economist thinks we are the most livable.

Looks like the people on the General U.S. forum are having a good laugh about this list without ever really explaining why.

Well, there was one person who seems to have made the blanket charge of racism, but he's the only one explaining anything.
