I can't remember if we discussed this before, but it seems to me some of this information (which I came across gathering info for another thread) is new(ish):

That article describes Point Park's current work on the corner park along Wood, and includes this rendering:
I love the colonnade leading into the fountain/stair-tower--it has a suitably academic vibe, evokes some of the nearby architecture, and in general should look pretty cool.
Anyway, I've seen the site prep they have been doing, and they are saying construction could be complete by this fall, which would be great.
