I've got an internship in Pittsburgh this summer and I'll be staying with my parents in Mt. Oliver to save money. I'd like to get involved in any efforts that are being made to "revitalize" the area while I'm home.

Anyone have any leads?

Are you staying in Mt. Oliver borough or the city neighborhood?

Technically the city neighborhood, which is a half-mile wide and basically the same place as Mt. Oliver Borough. Why do you ask?

Also: I got in touch with Natalia Rudiak and we've had a very pleasant correspondence. Thanks for the suggestion.

I know she's not technically your councilperson for Mt. Oliver, but she seems a lot cooler than Bruce Kraus.
